1. Who we are

These Terms govern the services offered through studyvisaitaly.com by:

By purchasing a plan or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

ILM provides consultancy and support services through its experienced professionals for international students who wish to study in Italy. Depending on the plan you choose, this may include guidance on choosing and enrolling in a course, visa and permesso di soggiorno paperwork, document translation and legalisation, housing search, and settling-in support.

The plans and what each includes:

• Self — Chat assistant access, personal plan form (48h callback), self-guided document checklist.
• Basic— Everything in Self, documents & translation support, visa procedure guidance, University/School orientation.
• Advanced — Everything in Basic, dedicated personal consultant, end-to-end case management, priority support throughout.
• All plans include an initial free 25-minute consultation.

Important:ILM provides guidance, preparation and support. Prospective students must submit the necessary documentation by the specified deadlines. We cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on the student’s delay or on third parties, such as the granting of a visa or permesso di soggiorno, admission decisions by schools or universities, or the processing times of public authorities.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for the plans are:

• Self — €450
• Basic — €900
• Advanced — €1,700

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include Italian VAT (IVA) at 22% where applicable. Payment is made by card through Revolut.

Payment in instalments is available as follows:

• The Self plan does not allow for payment in instalments.
• The Basic plan involves two payments of €450 each.
• The Advanced plan involves two instalments of €450 each and a final instalment of €800.

You cannot use the service until the chosen plan has been paid for in full. An invoice will be issued in accordance with Italian law. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and the documents we reasonably request, and to cooperate so we can deliver the service. Delays or refusals by authorities or third parties caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you are not the responsibility of ILM.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer, you may have a right of withdrawal under EU/Italian law. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions, delays or requirements imposed by third parties (embassies, questure, schools, universities, banks). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including a consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.

7. Intellectual property

The content of studyvisaitaly.com (text, graphics, logos, layout) belongs to ILM and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For B2B: exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pisa. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence remain unaffected.
