2. What data we collect
a) Enquiry / consultation form.When you submit the “Get your personal plan” form we collect: full name, email address, phone number, country of residence, the plan you are interested in, and any message you provide.
b) Payment data.When you purchase a plan, payment is processed by Revolut. Your card details are entered directly on Revolut’s secure systems — ILM never receives or stores your card number. We store only the transaction result (status, reference, amount) needed to manage your order and for accounting.
c) Technical data. Standard information such as your IP address and browser data may be processed by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running. We use only essential/functional cookies (for example, to keep an administrator signed in); we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We use anonymous analytical cookies to collect aggregated information about website traffic and usage. These cookies do not collect personal identifiers.

4. Who we share it with
We share data only with providers that help us run the service, acting as our data processors:
- Supabase — database hosting. Your enquiry data is stored on servers located in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Aruba S.p.A. — email services (Italy, EU).
- Revolut — payment processing.
- Resend — sending email notifications.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. International transfers
We keep data within the EU wherever possible. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiry / lead data: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Contract and accounting records (including invoices): 10 years, as required by Italian law.
- Marketing consent data: until you withdraw consent.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at info@ilm.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the applications database, and password-protected administration.
